This app was upgraded on 7/12/20 AEDT and some data may be missing from this report for the period 12:00AM 5/12/20 AEDT to 4:00PM 7/12/20 AEDT. If you do have a real reportable incident over that period please contact us and we will manually check the backup databases for you.
The check-in data from the above range will be exported.
In the event of an outbreak, customer data should be exported and securely disclosed to health authorities. Customer data collected via BriskTable COVID Check-In may not be used for any purpose other than COVID-19 contact tracing.

Show this QR code at the entrance to your venue and your customers can scan it with their device to open the check-in form on their own phone or tablet.
Customer can also open the webpage on their own device's browser to check-in. This is useful for customers who do not have a device with a QR code scanner.

This application allows your business to track customers & patrons that enter your venue easily with an online form.
Simply choose which details to require your customers to enter, and then open your Check-In Portal on an internet connected device (iPad, Laptop, Phone) at the entrance of your venue. Customers entered into the form are stored securely and can be exported as a CSV if requested by your government. Your customers details will be listed here on this page.
